Privacy policy

DollarDesk is operated by Ravi Karan Shahaney, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in and send the reminders you have enabled.
• Details you enter in your profile, such as your name, address, state, PAN, GST registration and bank details, so they can be printed on your invoices.
• Invoices, client details and tax payments you record in the app.
• Basic technical data, such as browser type and error logs, needed to run and secure the service.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank login details; we only receive a confirmation that a payment succeeded.

How we use it

Only to provide DollarDesk: showing your dashboard and estimates, generating invoices and exports, processing your subscription, and sending deadline reminders and service emails. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the service: Supabase (database and sign-in, data hosted in Mumbai, India), Vercel (website hosting), Razorpay (payments) and Resend (email). They process data only on our behalf.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Database rules ensure that each account can only access its own records. Demo mode stores data only in your own browser.

Your rights

You can view and export your data at any time from the app. To correct or delete your account and data, email shahaney.ravi@gmail.com; we act on requests within 30 days. We keep payment records for as long as the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email.
