Shipping and delivery policy

DollarDesk is an online software service. There are no physical products and nothing is shipped.

How the service is delivered

• The free plan is available immediately after you sign in with your email address.
• Pro features are activated on your account immediately after successful payment, and are accessed at this website on any device.
• Invoices, reports and the year-end pack are delivered as files you download from your account.
• Reminder emails are sent to the email address you sign in with.

If something goes wrong

If Pro is not active on your account within 24 hours of a successful payment, email shahaney.ravi@gmail.com or call +91 98394 68889, and we will resolve it or refund the payment in full.
